Swarmed for associations

How it works

1. 1

   A reporting form on your own site

   You get an embed code for a Report a Swarm form carrying your association's name and logo. The public reports through a local group they already trust, and the swarm lands in Swarmed's routing rather than in a committee inbox.

   Swarms routed to your members

   Reports from your form go to your members. You decide whether they stay with your group only, or open to the wider Swarmed network if nobody claims them, which is usually the right call for a swarm nobody is going to reach in time.

   Members join through your link

   Share a registration link and anyone signing up through it is tagged to your group automatically. Existing Swarmed beekeepers can join you from their own settings. No spreadsheet to maintain.

   A dashboard for the group

   See swarms reported across your region, which members are claiming them, response rates and average claim times, and manage members and admin roles.

What your members get

• Swarms reported through your form, before the wider network.
• Text and WhatsApp alerts, included with the association's membership rather than paid for individually.
• The full map and forecasting tools, built on 20,000+ swarm reports: history maps, daily likelihood, seasonal forecasts and trap placement.
• Privacy. Nobody has to publish a personal phone number on a public page again.

What it costs

Partnership runs on a pay-what-you-want basis. There are no mandatory fees and associations choose their own annual contribution based on their size and resources. Contributions cover development, hosting, support, and the outreach work that gets swarms reported in the first place. You can change the amount or cancel from your own dashboard.

Getting started

Email [email protected] and we will set up your form and walk your committee through it. Most associations are live within a week, usually limited by how quickly someone can paste an embed code into their website.
