"One of the biggest challenges to any honeybee club is managing swarms. A good system makes it easy to coordinate swarm catchers with swarm reporters.

Over the last 12 years, I've run our club's swarm list. With over 40 swarm catchers in the club, it was a massive effort, and no one was happy with the results. Swarm catchers with day jobs could not retrieve swarms for many hours, notifications were not forwarded, and swarms went unclaimed. We had no data on how many swarms were reported or caught.

But Swarmed changed everything. The program resolved all my notification issues and provided me with detailed information on each swarm. I now know where the swarm originated, who reported it, and which members have collected swarms. We linked our club website to Swarmed, and everything is handled automatically. My required effort has dropped by 90 percent, and club members are finally happy.
